I was gifted a Arexx useless machine ARX-UM1 and noticed that there’s a step missing in the assembly instructions to get it to work (it won’t work or get stuck unless you do this).
You have to solder the motor and the battery pack to the controller board. There are 4 solder points (labeled M-, M+, D- and D+). You’ll have to solder the red battery cable to M-, the black battery cable to M+, the red motor cable to D- and the black motor cable to D+). Here’s a picture of my amateur soldering showing the connections.
